The Wood River Trail

Lets start with our 32 miles (yes, you read that correctly!) of year round trails connecting Bellevue, Hailey, Ketchum and Sun Valley thanks to our friends at The Blaine County Recreation District. This trail system is used by families and commuters alike for straight forward pedal time on their bikes.

In addition to the WRT, the BCRD was successful in creating a Pump Park in Hailey! Kids and adults alike can be found there at all hours of the day working to improve their biking skills. A fun sight to see!

Mountain Biking

For the more hard core bike enthusiast, the Valley offers endless, and we do mean endless, trails close to Hailey as well as throughout our amazing community. Three time 24 Hour Solo Mountain Bike World Champion & Ultra Endurance Specialist, Rebecca Rusch, has lived and trained here for 8 years and still has "trails that are new and unexplored just outside my back door".

Many visitors hit the Sawtooth National Recreation Area which begins 20 miles north of Hailey. But plenty of locals have their favorites closer to home as well! Here is a resource for some local trails that can be found in close proximity to Hailey:
